I used a circle map to review vocabulary. I assigned each pair of students a word from our list. They split their larger circle into four parts: definition, picture, how does this relate to the real world, and how does is this word connected to other words in our vocabulary list (must give at least two connections). The last two categories really made my students think, they needed a lot of guidance completing them.
